Come sing with us! There are a lot of really cool ways you can get involved with YPCC. Below are some of the most common ways to engage. If you love to sing and are between the ages of 21 and 45, we hope you’ll join us (and in some cases, we do accept singers 21+ - see below for info!).
YPCC is a “choose-your-own adventure” choir. There’s truly something for every type of singer, and you can mix and match opportunities as your schedule allows. You can:
Participate in YPCC’s signature 6-8-week concert cycles (no audition required, ages 21-45).
Get involved in YPCC On Call (no audition required; ages 21+) that answers the call as their schedules allow to do fun, pop-up performances throughout greater Cincinnati. (Think weddings, Washington Park, Reds games, singing with the Cincinnati Pops and the occasional opportunity to back up a national act like Barry Manilow and Josh Groban!)
Audition for our sophisticated and select YPCC Chamber Choir (audition required, ages 21-45).
Audition to be a YPCC Community Caroler (audition required, ages 21+) and spread holiday cheer throughout the community in quartets, octets and ensembles.
…Or you can do a combination of things or do it all as a few of our singers do! More questions? Check out our Frequently Asked Questions page for more info.
