Thank you for joining us for this unconventional in-person celebration…
Here is some “need-to-know” info for this evening:
This event is BYO lawn or folding chair for seating. The audience area is on an outdoor, gravel lot, so a chair is recommended instead of picnic blanket.
A $10 suggested donation at the door enters you to win some of our fabulous door prizes on-site.
Food and beverages from Karrikin can be ordered at the bar inside. For food items, the staff can take your number and you will be texted when it is ready.
All drinks and food can be brought into the back lot viewing area. Please be conscientious with trash and other items.
Parking is available in front of Karrikin (in their main parking lot) as well as in the back of the rear lot, outside of the audience viewing area. If pulling around the back of the building to park, please be aware of pedestrians and audience members!

This Evening’s Schedule:
7pm: Seating area opens to guests (bring your own chairs!). Seating area selection is on a first come, first claimed basis.
8:45pm**: Program begins
Door prize winners announced at intermission
9:50pm**: Program ends, raffle/auction items must be picked up
**Exact time depends on sunset conditions for optimal viewing
10:00pm: Karrikin’s technical closing time, but we are welcome to linger a bit beyond to enjoy each other’s company
